What happens after the 14-day trial?

Your trial converts to a paid subscription. If you don't subscribe, your account remains accessible in read-only mode — no data is lost.

Can I switch between Cloud and On-Premise?

Yes. You can export your tests, functions, and data from Cloud and import them into an On-Premise installation at any time.

What does 'per agent' mean?

An agent is a machine (PC or server) that executes your tests. You pay for each active agent connected to your Cloud account.

Is there a limit on tests or executions?

No. Both plans include unlimited tests, functions, datasets, and test executions.

What are the system requirements for On-Premise?

Windows Server or Windows 10/11, Node.js 18+, PostgreSQL 14+, and 4GB RAM minimum. The installer handles most of the setup automatically.

Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CFTR ("Service"), whether through our Cloud platform or On-Premise installation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

CFTR is a test automation platform that provides visual test building, AI-assisted test generation, test execution, scheduling, and reporting capabilities. The Service is offered in two deployment models:

Cloud: A hosted service managed by us where tests are built and managed on our servers, but executed on your local agents
On-Premise: A self-hosted installation where all components run on your own infrastructure

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for all plans. During the trial, you have access to the full functionality of the Service. No credit card is required for the trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. If you do not subscribe, your account will be placed in read-only mode; your data will be preserved but you will not be able to create or execute tests.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Cloud Plan

Monthly subscription: €69 per active agent per month (regular price €99)
Annual subscription: €49 per active agent per month, billed annually (regular price €69)
An "active agent" is defined as any machine that has connected to your Cloud account and executed at least one test during the billing period

5.2 On-Premise Plan

Annual subscription: €3,999 per year
Includes unlimited agents and full feature access
License key required; validated annually

5.3 General Payment Terms

All prices are in euros and exclude applicable taxes. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Use the Service to test systems you do not own or have authorization to test
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent
Introduce malicious code, viruses, or harmful data into the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its source code, design, features, and documentation, is owned by CFTR and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

You retain full ownership of your test scripts, data, and any content you create using the Service. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.

8. Data Processing and GDPR

For Cloud users, we act as a data processor for any personal data processed through the Service on your behalf. We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including the GDPR.

We process personal data only as necessary to provide the Service
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures
We do not access your test data except as necessary for support or as required by law
Upon account termination, we delete your data within 30 days
For On-Premise installations, all data remains on your infrastructure; we have no access to it

9. Service Availability and SLA

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Cloud service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. On-Premise availability is your responsibility. We are not liable for downtime caused by your infrastructure, network issues, or force majeure events.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a security risk. Upon termination, you can export your data for up to 30 days.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CFTR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CFTR from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable national law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under EU law.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with the changes, you may terminate your account.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
